About Elle
Creative Director, Master Brow Designer & Owner, Elle Frankcombe, has worked in the Beauty Industry for over 17 years. During this time Elle has accomplished many Qualifications such as; Beauty Therapy Diploma, Master Brow Designer, Feather Touch Tattoo Artist, Graphic Design Diploma, Graphic Design Degree, with various accolades, awards and achievements in the Design and Beauty Industry.
Over the last 13 years Elle has chosen to specialise in the area of eye aesthetics, by strengthening her skill set designing High-end Eyebrows and Eyelash Extensions. Elle has been an artist since she could pick up a paint brush. After completing a Graphic Design Diploma and furthering her education to a Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design at Charles Sturt University, Elle has a deeper level of understanding when it comes to colour theory, shape and structure, symmetry, design and overall aesthetics. Throughout Elle's career she has worked with clients, brides, photographers, fashion brands, stylists and completed workshops directed by Rae Morris, all whilst building a large and loyal clientele. After working interstate (Melbourne) for 6 years Elle is now based in Launceston, Tasmania. The years of expertise and complex understanding in Design and Beauty allows Elle to sculpt the perfect eyebrow or set of lashes to aesthetically compliment your face. how her clients feel about themselves. “It’s so rewarding being able to see my clients boost in confidence and how amazing they feel”.
She is an absolute Lash & Brow wizz! Emily has always had a passion for brows.
She’d groom the arches of family & friends even before her career in beauty had started. She’s a natural talent at it!
Emily has successfully completed advanced training and Masterclasses in “Colour Design & Brow Design”.
Emily has been with Haus Of Eloise since 2020, and is a loved & valued member of the Haus family!

I love nature with my whole heart, I love to travel and adventure as much as I can. I enjoy going
camping at the beach to escape from reality and technology. My life goal would definitely be global travel! I want to experience as much of the world as I can in this lifetime.
I love the environment and hope that I can have an impact on making the world a more environmentally friendly place.
I own 15 house plants which are all in my bedroom, it’s like a jungle! My collection continues to grow!
Animals have a special place in my heart. I adore them! When I was little my dream was to have my
own animal rescue centre, to help sick or injured animals and release them back into the wild.
My favourite animal would have to be a lion or leopard. I love all big cats, they are just too cute!
I have a kitten named Ellie. Ellie is a “Maine Coon which is a rare cat breed, they grow very large for a cat, up to the size of an average dog. She is the funniest kitten I have ever met, she’s crazy! We also have a dog called Max. He’s an extremely playful English staffy, that loves attention. I’m ok with being “The crazy dog lady. Dogs are pure, beautiful and loyal animals”.
In my spare time I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with my family, friends and animals.
Favourite Food?
I love food. You will always see me eating. Italian food is my all time favourite, I am obsessed with pasta. I could eat it every day!
