Service Description
This is a free 5-10 minute chat with Elle. The appointment is designed to answer any of the questions you have regarding your appointment, to prescribe your Custom Henna colour or change/modify your existing Henna prescription.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment as soon as possible up to 48 hours before hand for a full refund (minus transaction and card processing fees) or credit can be transferred to your next appointment (If rescheduling). If you cancel after 48 hours you have significantly impacted the business and a termination fee will be charged. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment are subject to termination fee of (50% of your appointment cost). If you cancel on the day of your appointment you will be charged a termination fee of (100% of your appointment cost). Termination fees will always be subject to compassionate grounds. If you continually disrupt and impact the business significantly, by constantly cancelling last minute or not showing up to appointments, Elle reserves the right to decline you as a client of Haus of Eloise or Virtual Brow Bar.
